DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS

We ship worldwide, from Australia. Just select your country when finalising your order and shipping costs will be calculated automatically. Please refer to our Shipping Information for further details.

HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard Australian deliveries usually take 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs within Australia are $15.00 flat rate (inclusive of GST).

International shipments usually take between 2-7 business days depending on the destination, providing there are no customs hold ups. Shipping costs for overseas parcels are $25.00 flat rate. Please refer to our Shipping Information for further details.

Please note during sale periods there may be an additional delay in order processing times and therefore shipping time frames may vary.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

DO I NEED TO SIGN WHEN RECEIVING MY ORDER?

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.

Does Tutu du Monde ship at multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S) IF IT’S WRONG SIZE, STYLE OR COLOUR?

Tutu du Monde would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size it can be returned for an exchange or a refund. Please refer to our ‘Returns & Exchanges’ policies for further information.

What if I cannot find the size I am after?

If the size you are after is not displayed on the website, then unfortunately it means that we have sold out of that articular size. You are welcome to?contact us?to see if we will be restocking the item or to see if we can suggest a similar style that suits your needs.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

All our payments are processed through the Stripe payment system. You can pay with your credit or debit card or via Paypal.

You can shop at Tutu du Monde without creating an account. However, register with us will allow you to enjoy the following benefits:
